1.2. Payment: Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. For ongoing maintenance contracts, payment schedules will be specified in the contract terms. 

2. Cancelling Your Order

2.1. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Service Scope and Warranties

3.1. Our technicians will perform the agreed-upon services with professional care and skill. Any warranties or guarantees for specific services will be provided in writing.

3.2. Additional work beyond the original scope will require separate approval and may incur additional charges.

4. Access and Safety

4.1. You must provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our technicians to perform the requested services.
